At Golf Skate Caddy NZ, we stand behind the quality and performance of every product we sell.

All GSC™ products come with a 12-month full warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions, when used according to the user manual.

What the Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects
• Electrical or mechanical faults under normal use
• Battery or charger faults caused by manufacturer defect

If a fault arises during the warranty period, we will either:

• Repair the product using new or equivalent parts
• Replace it with a functionally equivalent product
• Provide a store credit (where appropriate)

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• General wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents or water
• Modifications or unauthorised repairs
• Exceeding the designed weight limits
• Damage from jumps, stunts, or off-golf-course use

Making a Warranty Claim

If your product becomes faulty, please contact us at mark@golfskatecaddy.co.nz with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos or video if available

Our team will review your claim and advise the next steps.
